Telephone Consulting

Our telephone consulting services are primarily intended as an extension of our Support Programs for customers needing limited assistance from us in working on their data or designing and executing data transformations.

Fees:

Telephone consulting is charged at a rate of $250.00 (USD) per hour, with a $500.00 (USD) minimum.

Billing is either by credit card or via a formal purchase order. If the task requires more than two (2) hours of work, the additional charges (@ $250.00 per hour) will be billed to the same credit card account or will be invoiced at agreed-upon intervals, depending on the scope and estimated length of the project.

Prerequisites:

Our consultants need the following information before they can proceed or provide estimated timeframes:

• Project objectives.
• Samples of source data, target structures and specification of transformation requirements.
