As part of Pervasive Software's continued commitment to customer satisfaction the Pervasive support department includes a Customer Advocate.

The Customer Advocate acts as a liaison for Pervasive and our customers. Through proactive communication, the Customer Advocate contacts Pervasive customers and prospects either by phone or email to administer the customer support survey. Any unresolved issues are redirected to the appropriate Pervasive employee.

The focus of this survey is centered on the customer experience. The results of this survey assist Pervasive in identifying the level of customer satisfaction as relates to our products and services.
