Job Description:
This is a QA programming position and successful candidate will be designing, implementing and maintaining test applications and test suites written in Visual Basic and Delphi.
Additional responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain test plans and test cases for multiple versions of product releases

Implement and maintain test harnesses written in Visual Basic or Delphi

Identify and report root causes of defects then write test cases to verify fixes

Integrate new test harnesses, test suites and test cases into the existing automation framework

Maintain documentation pertaining to test designs, activities and results

Help with manual testing when the whole team pitches-in during 'crunch times' at the end of each release
Required Experience & Education:

Must be highly skilled with VB and ADO on Windows. Data access tactics and automatability features are more important than user interface tactics and GUI features.

Must be interested in learning Delphi along with the Pervasive Delphi Access Control (PDAC). It's not necessary to be an expert in Delphi, but must be interested in becoming one.

Must have solid QA experience and instincts.

Must have excellent documentation and communication skills.
